Hi, I’m Manjari, Senior Product Designer at Monarch Tractor with 4 years of experience crafting intuitive, impactful digital solutions for complex problems. I currently lead digital design at Monarch, an ag-tech startup building electric, autonomous tractors where constraints are real, timelines are tight, and problems have a direct impact on peoples' livelihood. A core part of my work is creating tools that are not just effective, but genuinely solve real challenges for the people who rely on them.

With a background in Computer Science, I have been able to closely collaborate with engineers to overcome technical challenges and design with feasibility in mind. I've worn a lot of hats throughout my career, from executing designs and coordinating customer feedback to leading end-to-end launches and driving cross-functional revenue generation efforts.
